leader is someone who uses his ability, attitude, instinct, and personality
to lead many
people for work together.Iit was the meaning of a leader by
the words, but the actual meaning of
a leader was not written in a words but
must be proved by a real action or movement.
School leaders is not just a school principal, but there is also the leader of the
school or organization
by the student. In Indonesia, we call it “Ketua
OSISor ketos ”. A
leader should
certainly have a good criteria,
based on their nature, knowledge and personality.
This is what I
think, what
should be owned by ketos.
First, a good leader must have a good vision, mission and
principles. The principle of a strong leader can be a mirror figure responsible
leader and unyielding. In addition they also have to bring the vision of the school and also lead the
student to gain new knowledge. This is evidenced by the mission they are doing.
Second, leaders must have
knowledge. He must have a good knowledge of any
academic or non-academic.
That knowledge will become the basis
of his ability to lead the school into a
better life.
Third, leaders must also be good looking and be familiar with its members. Not
that she must be beautiful or he must be handsome, but they should be neatly, as
well as friendly and courteous. Familiarity with members also makes it easier to
know the problems around and of course make its members become more comfortable.
So, being a good leader is not easy. Not only has that 3 reasons above, but he also must be good in directing its members, not only ruled but embrace to develop together.
